He graduated the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Faculty of Engineering and Management of Technological Systems, and Valahia University Targoviste, Faculty of Sciences and Arts, specialization: Mathematics-Informatics. He is Professor at Teacher Training Department, Valahia University Targoviste. The area of interest is oriented on: educational technologies – e-learning, interaction and virtual communication, web-based learning platforms, using ICT for educational purposes. He coordinated several European Socrates Comenius 2.1 Projects, acting as present as local coordinator of the FP7 project “IRRESISTIBLE – Including Responsible Research and Innovation in Cutting Edge Science and Inquiry-based Science Education to Improve Teacher’s Ability of Bridging Learning Environments”, training manager of the Erasmus+ project “EduForHealth – Let’s make it better! Raising the awareness of the triad nutrition-health-food safety in school education”, and member of the research team of the FP7 project “ENGAGE – Equipping the Next Generation for Active Engagement in Science Project”. He is also the Director of the Centre for Scientific Research and Innovation in Educational Sciences “I.T. Radu” within ICSTM (Scientific and Technological Institute of Multidisciplinary Research of Valahia University Targoviste).
She is an university professor at the Faculty of Juridical, Social and Political Sicences, „Dunarea de Jos” University of Galati, Romania, where she carries out her professional and scientific activity. In 2007, she defended her Ph.D. thesis entitled Property Relations between Spouses in International Private Law at the Institute of Juridical Research “Andrei Radulescu” of the Romanian Academy.
She teaches the following courses: international private law, family law, civil law, international protection of human rights (since 2013) and financial law. Since 1999 until present she has published 38 books: 19 courses, 19 monographs and 148 scientific articles. Throughout her entire academic and scientific activity she has participated with various scientific communications in 67 international and national conferences organized abroad and at home.
Antonio SANDU, PhD
Antonio Sandu currently works as Professor PhD at the “Stefan cel Mare” University of Suceava, and as a Senior Researcher at the LUMEN Research Centre in Social & Humanistic Sciences in Iasi (Romania). He was appointed Postdoctoral Fellow at the Center for Ethics and Health Policy of “Gr. T. Popa” University, Iasi. He has a BA in Philosophy, another one in Social Work, and the third BA in law. The author also has a MA in Probation and Social Reintegration from “Al. I. Cuza” University. He has a PhD in Philosophy from the “Al. I. Cuza” University, Iasi (Romania), with a thesis entitled „Oriental Philosophy and Modern Physics. A Humanistic Vision on Universe”.
His main areas of interest include ethics, bioethics, social work and social philosophy. He has authored more than 15 books in Social Work, Philosophy, and Applied Ethics, with more than 100 articles in scientific peer-reviewed journals.
The original contributions of the author’s scientific activities start from the social construction of reality, and social constructionism seen from a semiological perspective. He analyses the social construction of reality by developing his very own version of social constructionism at the intersection between the constructionist paradigm and the theory of communicative action.

Svetlana RUSNAC has argued in 1995 Ph.D. thesis in psychology on “Mutual perception between ethnic groups in mixed communities” at “Al. I. Cuza” University from Iasi, Romania. Since 1995 until the present is working at the Free International University of Moldova (ULIM), Chisinau, Moldova. Is Dean of the Faculty of Psychology, Education Sciences, and Social Work. She was involved in dozens of projects at national and international scale. She is an author of about 150 publications, four monographs, six manuals and guidelines, articles in journals and collections. She participated in more than 200 national and international scientific meetings. Research interests: social psychology, psychology and humanistic psychotherapies, ethnopsychology, gender psychology, etc.
Ana GUTU, Ph.D.

Ana Gutu is a professor of linguistics, traductology, terminology at the Free International University of Moldova. She is the author of about 200 publications, more than one hundred of them in French. Ana Gutu published some monographs on systemic and functional aspects of the antonyms, traductology, terminology, and literary translations. In the last years, Ana Gutu is interested in language philosophy and identity problems from the linguistic perspective. She is very active in the francophone organizations at the regional and international level. Ana Gutu was involved in a political process in the Republic of Moldova, defending the status of Romanian language as an official language of the Republic of Moldova. Ana Gutu was decorated with the orders ”Steaua României în Grad de Mare Cruce” (Romania), ”Légion d’Honneur en grade de Chevalier” (France), “Ordinul Republicii” (Republic of Moldova).

I have published over 100 scientific papers, courses, textbooks, and monographs. I have coordinated over 20 Ph.D. students as Doctoral Supervisor in the field of physical culture. In the last five years, we obtained two patents and registration certificates with copyright objects. The publication is mainly focused on physical education and sports management, sports psychology and philosophy. Viorel ROBU, Ph.D., is Associate Professor at Department of Social and Humanistic Sciences, Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences, “Petre Andrei” University of Iasi (Romania). He is Dean of Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences. He is currently teaching courses in Statistics Applied to Psychology, Foundations of Psychological Assessment, Elaboration, Implementation, and Marketing of Scientific Research, and Assessment of Competences in Vocational Counseling. He has pursued post-doctoral studies at the Romanian Academy and Institute of Education – University of Lisbon (Portugal). He is a member of the Romanian Psychological Society, Romanian Association of School Psychologists, and the Romanian Association of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Dr. Viorel ROBU currently serves as an Editorial Board member for the Journal of Psychology (edited by Romanian Academy), Romanian Journal of School Psychology, and the Journal of Psychological and Educational Research. He is author/co-author of two books and 100 scholarly articles. His main research interests include psychometrics, mental health of adolescents, risk behaviors, and student engagement with school.

Camelia Maria Cezara IGNATESCU, PhD

She graduated the Law School of “Al. I. Cuza” University from Iasi in 1992, and in the fall of the same year she took an exam for the position of teaching assistant at “Stefan cel Mare” University of Suceava. In 2010, she sustained her doctorate thesis “Law abuse”, thus obtaining the scientific title of Doctor of Law. From March 2012 and up to present time, she has been and still is the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administrative Sciences. She is associate trainer at the National Institute for Preparation and Improvement of Lawyers – Territorial Centre Iasi, and a tutor for the auditors of justice of the National Institute of Magistrates. She is the president of “ASDAP”, the Association of Law and Public Administration. She has participated in numerous national and international conferences, published in magazines rated in international data bases and have published 5 volumes in the area of General Theory of Law and Civil Law.
