The registration fee is individual, per each author, meaning that each author mentioned in the authorship of the Abstract submitted to the Conference should pay the fee as follows. The registration fee does not cover the publication. Please see the publication page.
* For participants affiliated to the Host University (University of Hradec Kralove), LUMEN offers a special Grant of 100% discount from the registration fee. For receiving this Grant, the participants must mention their affiliation in the Registration form.

Deadlines for submitting FULL PAPER
30th of September 2018 – Deadline for submitting full paper (For submitting a full paper at least one of the authors must be registered on the conference.)
Answer of acceptance/rejection of the FULL PAPER :
4 weeks from full paper submission.
Deadline for PUBLICATION FEE payment
10 days after the acceptance of full paper for publication (not abstracts).
*Note: By registering with virtual and poster presentation, video recording (or Skype live broadcasting) and posters, authors give their implicit agreement in sharing their papers on the Youtube channels and on the social networks of the conference.
